Complete Data Analysis & Visualization Work
The project consists of a comprehensive analysis of the service statistics of a fintech's Customer Experience team.
I developed the spreadsheets by cleaning the data and harmonizing them; many of them were the product of formulas and functions that served to add necessary information.
After integrating the Microsoft Excel database to Power BI, I created the Calendar table using DAX language to diversify the date formats and linked the relationships between the databases. I also created basic calculated measures for some indicators using DAX.
Finally I designed the dashboard, taking into account the company's color palette, typography and logo (which was removed for this portfolio).
